Desi nu sunt adepta mancarurilor complicate, care dureaza mult pana se fac, din cand in cand imi permit cate o extravaganta. Nu vreau sa speriu pe nimeni, reteta nu e complicata, doar ca dureaza mai mult de 10 minute pana mancarea e buna de servit, lucru pe care nu ni-l permitem intotdeauna. De aceea va sfatuiesc sa testati reteta cand nu va este deja foame, ca sa baliti langa cuptor si sa va indopati cu migdale si alte lucruri la indemana, asa cum patesc eu uneori 🙂

Ingrediente piure de pastarnac:

2-3 radacini de pastarnac mari
2-3 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui preset la rece
Sare dupa gust
Mod de preparare piure de pastarnac:
Pastarnacul se curata si se taie cubulete;
Se pune la fiert intr-o oala cu apa; se poate fierbe si la aburi;
Se lasa sa se raceasca;
Se blenduieste pastarnacul cu putina apa in care a fiert, se adauga uleiul si sare dupa gust.
Ingrediente chiftele de ciuperci:
2 cartofi razuiti pe razatoarea cea mai mica
2 lg in macinat
2 felii paine inmuiata
1 cana ciuperci fierte (500 g crude)
1 lg condiment Vito (se gaseste in magazinele tip plafar)
2-3 catei de usturoi (sau mai mult, dupa gust)
1 lg patrunjel verde
Mod de preparare chiftele de ciuperci:
Se blenduiesc ciupercile pana devin o crema;
Se amesteca apoi toate ingredientele si se formeaza chiftele, care se coc apoi in cuptor in tava, intorcandu-se o data. Eu le-am copt la 1800 – 25 min pe o parte si 25 min pe cealalta.
Mie mi-au iesit 20 de ciftele.
Piureul si chiftelele merg foarte bine cu muraturi, noi le-am servit cu gogosari murati.
